This tutu skirt is a cute little addition to any girls wardrobe. A gold elastic waistband and a double layer of tulle make this skirt super full and girly without being too fluffy and over the top.
Sizing note: This skirt has a very stretchy waistband. You can size up or down depending on your length preference. Example: the 2t skirt would definitely fit a size 18m, or probably even 12m, it would just be very long. It could also fit a 3t but would be shorter.
